My wife and I booked a sunset cruise for our first year anniversary and the experience was magical. Sandy and Pili were gracious hosts and the food served was delicious. We were lucky to see dugongs, turtles and dolphins just meters away. Would highly recommend this experience!

Cherry We are very sorry you feel that way. I am proud of our reviews but shocked by this one. I REALLY do think it is important to tell the complete story. The only moneys withheld were for a charter subsequent to the one you have mentioned that I had to cancel. This was a charter a member of your party asked me to organise. This charter never took place because you cancelled it less than 3 hours before departure. I think it is important to note that in relation to the previous sail that I cancelled due to unfavourable conditions. Repayments were made to all who had paid by credit card. These refunds were processed on the evening of the cancellation. Those who paid by Bank Transferred were asked to provide their Bank details so I could process the next day. As previously stated your party requested a sail the next day. Therefor rather than refunding, those funds they were held as deposit for this new charter. I think most would agree this makes more sense than repaying then asking for another payment. When your group decided to cancel at 2:00pm for a 5:00pm sail. I was left with no choice but to withhold funds in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Finally for the record the booking wasn't made through trip advisor as stated. I trust this sheds some light over the matter. Sandy

Our family of 6 (kids 17, 15, 13 & 11) had a wonderful time on the catamaran. We spent 3 days/nights exploring the area from the Exmouth Gulf and round to Tantabiddi on the Ningaloo Reef. The catamaran had everything we needed - comfortable beds, plenty of fridge space, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, all essential kitchen items, bbq, outdoor and indoor seating to fit everyone. It was set up well and very clean. It was easy to operate and we spent a fair bit of time with the sails up and sailing on the two middle days. There was so much marine life that could be seen from the boat and the snorkeling at Tantabiddi was fabulous. During the 3 days we saw Humpback whales, dolphins, dugongs, turtles, reef sharks, countless varieties of fish and beautiful coral reefs. The kids did some line fishing in the fishing zones and the books on board were great in helping to identify all the varieties of fish. Sandy met us as the boat and spent a few hours showing us how everything worked on the catamaran at the marina and also out on the water - including the kids which got them involved and gave them some responsibilities. Sandy and our family put an itinerary together based on the weather and what we wanted to do during the 3 days. Sandy was always available if we had any questions during our trip. Along with our whale shark swim the catamaran was the family highlight of our WA trip. Would highly recommend the bare boat charters for those comfortable with sailing and if you needed a skipper Sandy’s knowledge of the local area and personality would make for a great time on the catamaran.
