A you come into Exmouth this new marina development on the right cannot be missed. Later on in our holiday in Exmouth, on a not-so warm afternoon, we took a quick drive back to this modern development to see what it was all about. Work in progress, but it has made a good start.

A Novotel Hotel, a port with a few boats in, and Nemo's cafe (only opened Thursdays to Sundays). That's it really, except for a lot of house building.

Great place to walk around and explore. Still in the development stage, although there are many houses around, with more being built. All very different and interesting. Great bridge that links both sides of the marina - it lights up at night and is a beautiful sight.Easy access to the canals, where it's easy to throw a line in. Town... More

Great fishing spot - good sized Bream must be over 32cm no problems. Walked around canals, protection from wind. Sadly no cafe open though a coffee would've been nice. Nemos only open 4 days per week

Spent half an hour walking around the marina before our flight, looking at the boats and houses. Very much a development in progress with many empty lots. Worth checking out if you have nothing to do on a rainy day but don't wear your good sneakers!

A pleasant new Marina & canal living. There are still plenty of land available in what looks like a struggling development. A pretty area to live, but not much else except for the resort.

Interesting to see this area being developed. We were there at sunset and the light and reflections on the water were fantastic. To top it off a pair of Osprey landed on the bridge. Great photo opportunity.
