    Stunning swimming spot
This is a stunning calm beach - clear water, white sand, well protected by an outer reef and the surrounding boulders. Perfect for a dip and a few lazy laps. Even if you don’t swim, recommend a visit to enjoy the stunning outlook, stroll around to Elephant Rocks and generally admire the scenery. Note there is no running water here and no bins.

A wonderful place for swimming and relaxing
A wonderful place for swimming and relaxing. Surrounded by rocks, a natural pool forms in the center. Surrounding view is breathtaking high mountain and high waves all around is a magnificent sight. Good parking, relatively easy to get down (a bit harder going up). Toilets are available and when we were there there was both one selling ice cream (very good) and Shuhsi.

Very inviting waters at Greens Pool, William Bay National Park
A stunning bay, sheltered from the ocean by a ring of rocks making it perfect for a swim. The water is a beautiful colour and looks so inviting, even on a cloudy day. It is round the corner from Elephant Rocks so easy to visit on the same trip. Great place for families to come and spend time in the water and on the beach.

Before arriving at William Bay, I was surprised by the huge number of car parking spots.
The beach is very picturesque and would be great for families and young children.
The swimming area is protected by an outer ring of granite boulders and the water is sparkling and clean.
During the summer period, I would imagine this beach would be packed out with families.

Everytime ive come to greens pool, its been qindy and too cold but an unusual 37 degrees had the locals sweltering and the snorkellers loving it. Not too many corally fish unlike other snorkelling gems on the coast of WA however we managed to swim over the top of a ray coming out of the cove. Take ur wetties or thermals to stay in the water longer. Be aware this is a spot highly advertised and is popular with tourists. If u dont want to walk 1km to greens, get there early. We walked 300 with our day gear on arrival at 8.30am. It doesnt get 5 stars bc of the lack of marine life. Loved it.

Gorgeous place to explore even during Winter. We watched the sunset over the edge of the beach and rocks... I imagine this place is popular during the summer as it seems a safe bay for families even with the large rocks that would be ideal to stay on ...

Been many years since my last visit. DPaW have just finished the first 2 stages of an overhaul of the park. Great new road, heaps of parking, easy access to the safe beach for swimming. It was a bit cold today but the kids were in for their Swimming lessons and the beach was buzzing.

Such a beautiful area. The elephant rocks astounded me!! As soon as I glanced over, I immediately recognised the elephant shapes and couldn’t take my eyes of them. Simply stunning.

We then moved on to view the green pools, another beautiful area. The views were spectacular. The wind was very strong, as we walked along the beach we were grit blasted, it really stung our legs. This was a shame as this shortened our visit.

This place is an absolute must see when in Denmark!
Clear calm water sheltered by massive house sized smooth boulders.
It gets very busy in the car park so best bet to come early.
But it doesn’t feel crowded in the pools as this place is huge and everyone can find a spot.
Swim some laps, climb some rocks, snorkel or take a nap I loved this place.
Ice cream van in car park is a winner also

This place is truly amazing and is one of the best beaches in Western Australia, if not the world.

The water is so calm and it’s like being in a natural pool. If you are in the area then it’s definitely a must visit.

We went twice during our holiday and it was never to busy and there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the beach and the pool.

The only downside is the parking, I never understand why there isn’t more parking at places like this? Surely it would prevent people from just abandoning vehicle everywhere. I would suggest getting there early, otherwise you are going to struggle to park, or have to park a fair distance away.

Great place, and we will be back.

This was a beautiful beach and great for the family. The wind had picked up when we went to visit and on the outer rocks you could see the waves crashing against them, inside the outer barrier of rocks however, was very calm. My daughter and I had a great time snorkeling around looking at the sea life. Visibility was great.
The Carpark is nice and close to the stair access but the popularity of the beach can make it a little difficult to find a park. Stairs are laid out to make access fairly easy.
There is also elephant rocks in the cove next to greens pool and water fall beach also in the same area but we didn't venture over on this occasion.
