I just took the dogs for a walk past early in the morning (dogs not allowed on main street during trading hours). Beautiful historical buildings and reverent war memorial.

The Square is surrounded by the Town Hall, the Post Office and the Court House on three sides with the fourth offering a view of the town itself. The buildings are magnificent specimens of the architecture of the 1850s when the town lived on gold.

Soldiers memorial in front of the Maryborough Post Office in a 'square' looking down Nolan St towards the Railway Station. Easily missed and needs some proper signage.
