Hands down one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. The sheer size is absolutely stunning. We did the boat ride and walked along the board walk. Seeing the glacier from all the different angles is truly marvellous. I think it's one of those things that doesn't look all that impressive until you see it in real life and... More

You'll get stunned by the view, a 70 meters tall (230 foot-tall) glacier, that you can see very close on a boat trip and walking comfortabily on a well contructed walkway, take amazing picture and hear the glacier breaking. A tour you'll remember forever !

The visit of glacier Perito Moreno is surely one of the highlights of every Patagonia trip! You should definitely see and hear it... In my opinion an absolute must! There are a couple of options to get there, with the following prices (as of January 2017) 1. Individual Taxi (2000 ARS$) 2. Minibus (700 ARS$ p. P.) 3. Normal bus... More

A comfortable walk on a newly constructed walkway. We could hear and see the glacier breaking. Take the Catamaran to see the glacier close up. It was a beautiful sight well worth seeing.

A visit to the south of Argentina and not seeing Pertio Moreno is simply a sin. Getting so up close and even personal - do a treck on the glacier with crampons (strenuous but a ton of fun) is an experience of a lifetime. And you might even get lucky and see the glacier calling. It is simply quite impressive... More

It's a 'must do' if in El Calafate, but be aware that it's super touristy. I have hiked across and paddled up to glaciers before, hence it wasn't high on my agenda, but glad I went as the magnitude is impressive. The boardwalks are well laid out and the necessary infrastructure has been put in place to cope with the... More

Just one of the best places to visit in Calafate, not far away from the city. You can enjoy the view all the year, but the best time is during spring, so the weather is suitable to go hiking and enjoy the views!

The sight of the glaciers, the colour. Just magnificent. The size with all different sizes floating in the waters. The blue colour of them is amazing.

We took the bus tour and boat ride when we visited the glacier. We went from El Calafate in Argentina. It was the most awesome experience. So beautiful and it is so high and gives one quite an eerie feeling when the blocks of ice break off and splash into the water. It is a must see! Be aware that... More
