We certainly did not expect to find this old Hindu temple while walking through the streets of Zanzibar. It is small and bit run down but worth oking your nose in for five minutes.

A Indian temple to visit and feel a bit of peace. You have many idols and it is your faith and belief that makes your visit worth it or not! For me it was good to see and visit something having seen in India.

Quite peaceful, this small temple in the narrow street of Zanzibar shows the influences of Indians being blessed to worship in the great land.

Not sure why this is a tourist attraction. It's a regular Hindu temple with Hindu gods and goddesses. Given the huge influence of Indians in Zanzibar, I'd expect a lot more temples, but anyway, this is an average temple. It can be definitely skipped unless...More
