wide range of planes from the big jumbo Boeing 747 work horse for south Africa airways to the dc3 Dakota village. great planes and adventure. loads of low flying trainers. was once a training pilot there too. great food courts around the museum at Dakota and rand airport terminal. down side: private transport comes in handy.

We had a great experience here - Andre was very obliging and we had a very informative tour of the retired planes in the museum.

This is a good place to visit with kids. There is a good display of the aviation history as well as some planes on display. Kids love to get into the 2 big 747's on display. Surely worth a visit if you are in the area.

This gives you a good look at aviation in days gone by in South Africa, lots of memorabilia. Kids enjoyed clambering in and out of the planes.......
