Never disappointed. Come down every year. Well worth the $5. Great tour, great tour guides, and good beer at the end and beautiful gift shop to pick up souvenirs.

I have taken the tour several times over the last 30+ years. Always enjoyable. Cost is $5 but you get two beer or soft drink samples afterwards. However I try to stop at the shop whenever I am passing through between Syracuse/Buffalo and Albany NY. I always find something to buy with company logos. Usually a stein but could be... More

I wanted to see another brewery that was close to home. For 5.00 a person you get 2 tickets for beer at the end of the tour. The tour was nice but I realized that it's not handicap accessible, so if you can't do stairs this would not be something you will be interested in. Although the history was very... More

A little Surprise in a city full of surprises. Try all of the Saranac brands...they're wonderful...but not nearly as wonderful as the history behind this family run business...A MUST visit...

The Saranac line of beers and ales are really something one needs to experience. The brewers have come up with some of the finest tasting brews on the market. It's worth taking the tour and trying some of the fine beers and ales. The Matt Brewing Company is an upstate New York gem!

Great tour of the brewery offered, providing you with details about all the ingredients & every step of the brewing process. Young guides make it fun. The tour ends with free beers and root beers at the 1890s tavern. Make it a must when you visit Utica. It's free and family fun.

I have been on a couple brewery tours but this one is by far, the best. There is so much history in this brewery. This tour is great for adutls as well as children. The two drinks in the tavern at the end isn't too shabby either.

A must see for all when visiting the Utica area. Gain insight into how a brewery works and at the end of the tour stop and have a brew or a great root beer!
