Walking through the tall timber with steep cliffs on either side provoked a sense of wonder at the glacial occurrence that carved out this dramatic canyon.

We visited Taughannock state park after a raining day in May. There were enough water. My friend told me it can be dry in summer. The view is gorgeous! Make sure you drive to the top for lookout too. Both are easy.
