There's not a lot I can add to what the other reviewers say, they got it right. If you are somewhere nearby and have an 30 minutes to an hour to kill, Webster Pond is worth a visit. I don't think you'd find enough here...More

I am unsure what Chinese lanterns are but if they make noise or could be harmful to the waterfowl then no. Please call for clarification 315-727-2922

2004 Valley Drive Syracuse As for seeing hirds. Hmm...yes there are birds. Not sure what kinds you're looking for. I'm not a huge bird person...YET. :)
