Smaller than most, but it is very relaxing to walk around. I am a senior and my wife and I loved taking a casual walk throughout the zoo. Great way to spend a few hours.

Yes it was cold in February. The zoo, however, is small, but cute. The staff, mostly volunteers, are very friendly and helpful.you can't make a day of it, but if you're in the area, its a pleasant visit.

not there are none anywhere like NY where it is cold there is no big animals.there are mostly snakes some birds and fish at this zoo!
