We were part of a group of 11 people who stopped in for beer and snacks. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed both.

I don't recall all of the snacks that we had; although the teriyaki boneless wings stood out as the best of the bunch, all were enjoyable.

As far as the beer goes, I had the Two Headed Stout, which I thoroughly enjoyed, although it was assertive enough that someone unaccustomed to stout might have found it a bit much. My wife had the Rainbow Red, which she liked.

The night we were there, a single performer sung songs of the 1970s and early 1980s, which we also found pleasant.

We loved this brewery!!! We can only imagine what it would be like if there was not a pandemic going on!
We were on our way to the Hudson Valley for a couple days when we saw a sign on Route 17 advertising this brewery. We were pleased that it would be open for lunch when we came back home on a Thursday.
We were greeted by a super friendly young lady. Sadly, they did not do flights on a weekday at this time. So...since the pours were small, we each ordered 2 different beers to create the perfect "flight" of 4. Our choices were Eagle IPA, American Amber Ale, Octoberfest, and Peace, Love, and Ale. We both liked all 4 beers...and bought a 4 pack of the first 2, and a growler of Octoberfest.
At this time there is only outside dining...but there is a huge area with both covered under a tent, and picnic tables outside. It was a coolish day-so sitting in the sun was perfect. We both had the Bacon Lovers Grilled Cheese...and it was great!
The yellow jackets were out in full force, so that was a bit annoying-but nothing anyone can do! So...I captured one under a cup...and that seemed to scare away the rest of the bees! We left the yellow jacket under the cup (and told the girl!!) to help the other diners!
We would definitely return when we are in the area...and hopefully they can return to their old ways very shortly!

Great food and great beers. Love the names and flavors of the beers. Is a gem of a brewery in Trout Town. Outdoor seating is great in the summer.

Had the Red Wit Blue beer after waiting in a long hot line. It was refreshing. There was good live music playing but it was hard to enjoy in the heat with out masks on. Had the pulled pork which was a bit too spicy for me.

I was shocked when we got there that they were dog friendly. The staff was nice and the beer was good. They have food too. Live music is a beautiful beer garden.

A group of us were staying in Livingston Manor. 4 of us came over for a beer on a Friday and were blown away. Great beer, friendly & helpful staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. Really nice entertainment from a solo acoustic guitarist. He played several requested tunes for us...hated to leave but had to get back to the house for dinner.

A larger group returned on Sunday evening for beer and food. Small menu, but well-prepared and tasty. One couple in our group had a problem with their food order and the manager comped two beers as an apology for the delay. Wish Roscoe Beer Co. was in my hometown!

Note: One minor issue. I don't think they should allow dogs inside. On the patio would be fine, but I read the review from July and there was almost an incident on our first visit between two dogs. The staff was prompt to respond, but I think it might be better for them to just avoid the problem.
