Went with my son after a doctors appointment. Was pretty empty there, which was great. Most of the time it’s quite busy while we are there. He enjoys all the hands on activities. The sound exhibit currently there is very good. Always something new to...More

I spent the day at RMSC with an 8 year old friend. We had a blast! Lots of interactive activities. The Tesla Coils presentation was very cool. He was the perfect age and loved every minute.

We love the RMSC. Great for young children. Electricity Theater show and Planetarium are a must do. One downside, the RMSC Cafe reopened, and no longer serves the great menu they used to have...probably were losing money. Plan to eat elsewhere...

The museum was OK. We went through the whole museum in about 2 hours. I would have thought for a larger city it would have been a better museum.

It was a treasure but like many museums has tried to modernize displays. sometimes a good diarama is imposible to beat and engages the viewer more than a video.

The museum has 3 floors and a basement with sectioned types of activities. This place is also great for kids, but I would expect to spend only an hour there.

They have a cafeteria: lunch area downstairs. I believe you can bring your own lunch in. This museum is big enough to spend a few hours so definitely plan for a break/lunch time
