The musuem is not a historical house really because the building went through a lot of interior changes, but the museum tour is fascinating. They also have a very thorough exhibit on slavery and the Dutch West Indies company. I found it all well done...More

I think it is a great place for children to see as well as adults. Nice family day. They have some nice tiles for sale and other items. Call ahead of time. They use to do a tour and a meal
