My grand children age 5 and 6 had a very good time with all the hands on exhibits. Clean place to spend about 2 to 3 hours, at most!!! $9.00 per person, under 1 year of age are free. May be a good incentive would...More

Took the grandkids there in the spring and they had a good time. Some areas are only open for school groups but kids can learn and keep themselves busy. Not the biggest one around but the kids had fun ad that is what matters,

There are no places to eat next to the Museum but blocks away at the train station there are several places.

Yes, I agree with John P. The scientific experiments are definitely worth it, even for an adult.
