A very nice mix of turtles, exotic birds, fish and butterflies. Worth it even when there are no butterflies, would like to go when the outside animals are around as well. Unfortunately the office and front room are rundown with a moldy smell and kind...More

This place is someone's hobby and preoccupation. Parking lot is dirt and crushed stone. If there are not a lot of cars, don't be afraid. A little walk to the remodeled farm house will put you into the cramped gift shop and entrance. Once inside...More

We drove over an hour just to go to this place. We should have kept going to Cooperstown. While I understand the purpose of this place, it really needs maintenance in keeping the place clean. The turtle pond was dirty and the feeding dishes and...More

There are many conservatories out there worth your money. It was small and had a bad odor. It was okay for something to do, but personally not worth $12 and an out of the way trip.

A bit whimsical and I enjoyed the butterflies, birds and other creatures. It's small and I would not recommend it for families with young children.

My wife dragged me to this place years ago, thought it would be boring. Wife was right again, found it quite fascinating. Sooo much to look at you will be amazed.

The butterflies are nice here, not as good as larger more profitable places. But for the small town it is in, the animals and butterflies are nice and a great relaxing way to experience nature. It can be a bit pricey, they do offer military...More

I am rating this 3 stars because it's smaller than other butterfly conservatories I have seen. However, this place has some reptiles, butterflies, and unusual birds. I even got a few photos of a couple of hummingbirds. I did enjoy myself there.

See that pretty butterfly? I hope that schelping through animal feces and being exposed to various pathogens is worth it. Everyone has different tolerances for germs - mine is high. This venue doesn't meet my low cleanliness standards. If you have asthma do not visit....More

I think their hours are posted. It didn't look open when we went there, but it was.
