the boyhood home of artist Edward Hopper serves as a local gallery. In the summer, the delightful garden is the setting for jazz concerts hosted and sponsored by THE FRIENDS OF THE NYACKS and local merchants. Bring your own chair

While I had always enjoyed his paintings, i knew little of the man and how he had lived. This place fills in the missing pieces. Well worth a visit and free on the first fridays of each month.

Great seeing this legacy to Edwin hooper. And a few of his works are here as well as the history of this artist. Quite interesting and well worth a trip here to view. Easy to park and makes for a good spot to visit.

Learned a lot about Hopper and the town history. None of his iconic works, but early sketches, family photos. Worthwhile.

Really interesting artifacts from the extended Hopper collection. While not really featuring his larger works, we enjoyed the caricatures and the personal overview from staff. Definitely worth the trip.
