Amazing farm of spices! We spent a great time guessing the types of spices and then cooking together! Thanks so much! Next time I’ll come back again🤗

Because my partner and I love spices, our tour guide recommended that we visit the Zanzibar spices and Heritage center and it was awesome to learn how the different spices we love are grown. We also got to learn how they are harvested and their different uses. I recommend the services of Babli of Startours for guaranteed professionalism. WhatsApp him on +255 756 983 368

Visited here on an excursion from our cruise ship, Azamara Quest. Learned a lot from the guide and his assistant. Seeing the spices used in your kitchen at home growing in the wild was fascinating. Our guide was knowledgeable and his assistant agile! Shimmying up a coconut palm to fetch coconuts for us to sample and weaving headbands, ties and tree frogs from palm fronds was amazing. Our tour ended with a tasting session of fresh exotic fruit which was delicious. No real pressure to buy packs of spices to bring home. Just a lovely experience wandering through the plantation sampling, smelling and touching the real thing.

Zanzibar Spice Garden is something you have to see, feel and taste in Zanzibar. There are many possibilities all around the area, you just have to pick up the right tourist guide. Would like to recommend tourist guide Mohammed Tory that offers a Spice Tour and also other tours for a reasonable price.

You will enjoy in an educational walk through the garden, and taste different exotic fruits and herbs. You will meet with the locals and see their way of life,...There is also a surprise: a Butterfly Man, and Natural Accessories made from the palm leafs. In the end of the tour you can buy original Zanzibar Coffee with Cinnamon. Its a delicious one.
