We stopped in for lunch and had a great meal. But what truly stood out to us was our amazing server - Eric - he was hands down one of the best servers we have ever had. He made the experience so great that even if the food was bad (which it wasn't) I still would have left a 5-star review! I hope HRC knows what a treasure they have in him!

The fries were chewy and the burgers were cold. Was not impressed at all. The only thing enjoyable was the decor.

Great service, steak was perfectly cooked. Hubby had the burger and huge portion of fries, really tasty and the waitress was great.

Food arrived cold, reordered and cold again. Manager gave every excuse possible but we left without eating or paying. Worst Hard Rock Cafe I have ever visited throughout the world.

This was a good choice to stop and have supper. Lots of selections on the menu. Clean restaurant. Great service. I would eat here again.

We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe for convenience (next door to Hyatt and time 8:pm). I had the rib dinner on the recommendation of the server. I was one of the best rack of bbq ribs I’ve had. Super tender, mostly ate with fork, bones side out the backside. They where meaty, sauced right and had good bark. The wait staff was excellent. Wife had flat bread “it was good”, but she helped me eat some of the ribs…

Yum. The food and service was amazing. The atmosphere was clean and fun. No complaints at all. Gluten allergy is a struggle but the server helped me find the right dish

Food was pretty decent , I think the main thing when you eat in places that the portion size is good and the food is cooked properly and tastes good , this was the case here , we did enjoy the food but the lady that served us was all about tips , just irritated us , I think if you just serve someone and they are happy with the service let them decide if they will tip you with out plying on the pressure , when we did give the overly large lady the tip her face screwed up just pulled out a huge wad of money and rolled the tip we gave into it but like she was unimpressed with the amount she was given , ungrateful no thank you and just walked off to her next table , I would of given a 4 or 5 Star but let’s be honest the service is what makes it breaks a place at times and this lady was just poor at her job

My NY steak was 50% fat and gristle, pretty much unedible. The ribs were good. The music isn't what you'd expect for a rock museum atmosphere. It was a lot of new (horrible) stuff. We heard ONE rolling sotnes tune and a lot of real garbage.
