Don't waste your time going to this location if you wish to hike into the gorge. The trail is closed due to poor stairway conditions. Apparently, they are being fixed, but there is no timetable for them finishing.

The stairs that lead down to the gorge were closed for repairs but it still was a beautiful walk on the trail. Picnic tables were available where we stopped and had a quick lunch.

Ended a bus tour of the falls at Devil's Hole State Park. Very calm and relaxing place. The whirlpool is quite a sight to see. Worth the trip.

Hi Amy, it's free...The gorge and devils hole is a hiking trail. It's a "park".
