The boat ride is really worth it! You get close enough to the falls to actually feel their power. But thanks to provided raincoats, you stay reasonably dry :)

Up close and wet... Loved the ride. You can stay inside or be adventurous and stay outside. Amazing views.. the staff was very friendly.. you even get a rain poncho to keep. Modern fast elevators take you right down to the water, the line moves...More

Maid of the mist is really worth visiting than using other third party stuff. Maid of the mist is cheap, safe and worth whilst visiting Niagara. Ferry goes all the way close to the waterfall and the ride is around 30 minutes including the safety...More

You can get a boat on Either side. They will take you right up to the base of the falls. An absolute delight on a hot summer day.

A must do if your visiting the area. Beautiful views of the falls from below. Note, you do get wet! Ponchos are provided and it’s windy!

Reservations are not required for the tour. Trips depart every 15 minutes during the day, with boats carrying up to 600 passengers. There are always tickets available during the day.

Quickest would be to drive and you can cover in one day. But it will very tedious. I would recommend to stay there overnight and return back to your place next day. Again it all depends on the crowd there. There more the... More
