Looking to go in to the sound and get away from the ocean, well look no further this is the place to go. Bathrooms, Ice Cream man and the boats are always passing by.

Great for kids because the waves are not nearly as rough as they are on the ocean side of Montauk! A little bit rocky, typical of the north shore; but truly beautiful!

The waterline is very rocky and the beach somewhat pebbly. The view is fabulous. We take our beach chairs up onto the jetty and watch all the boats coming and through the inlet. We come here every year and never tire of the beach, the...More

Nice time at the beach and off shore Montauk doing a shark dive. Beautiful sunset and plenty of fun in the sun. I would love to visit again!

Went for a walk every morning I was there, and had a day on the beach the last day, very clean and water lovely and warm. Right across from the Inn I stayed in.

This is a different experience than the ocean beaches south of Montauk Highway, but lovely. Great for families: There are restrooms on site, tiny waves, roped off swimming area, and a life guard. It is not overflowing with hipsters drinking and playing frisbee. Lots of...More

We went in late Sept. and I was dissapointed with the beach as it was deserted, slightly dirty and just a bit depressing.

Nobody there at the end of September. But there were trucks and motor homes on the beach in the State Park. So we paid the $40 to enter the State Park, and our 4 wheel drive Range Rover got stuck in the access road -...More

Gin beach is on the north shore-east of the inlet to the harbor--just take east lake drive all the way up--pass the airport on your right
