Built by the Poddars (as the name attests), this cenotaph (chattri) is covered in murals/frescoes depicting scenes from the Ramayana, life of Krishna and Ragamala paintings.. built to honor dead heroes, they are usually a cluster of pavilions - these however, are covered in splendid murals, denoting the importance of the man/family to who they belong.

A place with lots of character proving a glimpse to the Shekhawati region. One of the best examples of architecture and art.

Full of wall frescoes more than 100 years old. Beautiful narratives on the walls. Lovely architecture. A treat to the eyes and the soul. There is so many wall paintings that your eyes just cannot take it all in unless you visit again and again
