Our family of four me and my wife and two teenage daughters traveled to India back in Dec 2019, on the golden triangle tour of India. Our flight from Australia landed at around 3 am but we were warmly welcomed with flowers by Mr. Vijay. Throughout our 6 day tour Vijay was there as our guide and companion who made this whole trip so memorable with his vast knowledge of the region and his excellent service. He made sure we visit the best of places and made it look so comfortable, like we have been to India before. We become so familiar with the place, we explored the hidden destinations, shopped at the colorful bazaars and had the yummiest food. Most of our hotels were heritage except for the one in Delhi which was more luxury and we liked all the hotels. Our driver was always on time and was courteous. We would surely recommend Vijay's Indi aTour to all our friends and especially those who love travelling with families.

The tour, service, and responsiveness were great, we would definitely use Vijay India Tours again, and recommend them to others. We booked this tour on a 3rd-party website. I’d recommend booking directly with Vijay India Tours. They can customize a tour based on what you’d like to see and your budget, and help work out logistics. After booking and before the trip, they were very responsive to any questions we had and in setting up the initial meeting place. The tour consisted of my wife Trish and I, plus Vijay the tour guide and Pushpendra the driver. They picked us up at our hotel in New Delhi, and we saw sites in New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, and places along the way. We didn’t do too much research on sites to see before we left, but did get a few recommendations to see Qutub Minar and Lotus Temple in New Delhi and Fatehpur Sikri outside Agra. Vijay worked these into the tour, and included many other interesting sites and experiences, things that we may not have chosen, but proved to be interesting. Vijay was a wealth of knowledge and very interesting. They were also very accommodating. The Golden Triangle tour requires a lot of driving every day (3-5 hours) except the 2 days you spend in Jaipur. It might be worth exploring the option of a 1 way journey: New Delhi - Agra - Jaipur, then fly out of Jaipur, versus driving all the way back to New Delhi. Vijay and Pushpendra were polite and always helpful. We had to send packages back to the US, and they helped us with this process. Trish has celiac (gets sick if she eats gluten), and Vijay was very helpful in navigating menus and working with restaurant staff to ensure Trish’s meals contained no gluten. They always made sure we felt safe. All lodging were 5-star hotels.

Greetings, Chuck and Trish thanks for your recommendation, we are happy to hear from you after the trip. Being in touch before the tour helps us understand the needs and wants of our travelers and give us time to make arrangements accordingly. It's was great to know your recommendations like Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and Fatehpur Sikri which we visited and we take a keen interest to cater to the likes and dislikes of our clients and since we were low on time the monuments have to be carefully chosen so as to make the best of our limited time available. Yes, it requires a lot of driving from one city to another and we are open to your suggestion of the one way Journey via car and flying back to Delhi on the last day and will consider the same in the future. It's nice to know that Vijay helped you with sending your packages back home, and hope you received them? Vijay is kind and caring and knows where and what to be served to guests and tries his best to make the travelers feel safe and comfortable. We hope you enjoyed your lodging and had a great time on tour with us. Many thanks for your Review - Mr & Mrs. Kurnik.

We were two friends from different countries meeting in India for a trip. We already had some hotels booked, and an itinerary in mind when we contacted Siddharth. He took all our requests in consideration to help up finalize our tour, and booked anything that had to be. I was supposed to arrive in New delhi at 2am, got delayed for 2h with customs and got afraid the driver might not be still waiting. But not only the driver was there, but also Siddharth and Vijay. They took me to the hotel I booked for that night, and we were told there was no room available. I was so relieved that Siddharth was there with me, because he arranged it all with another hotel in the same street, and even bargained the price for me. So what could have been a nightmare, was resolved in 15 minutes. During all the tour Siddharth stayed with us, and we also had extra professional guides such as Vijay, and 2 others ones depending on the regions we were visiting. Everything was made to keep us comfortable and feel safe. Siddharth was extremely friendly, and thought everything ahead of us. He provided us with Wifi through his phone during long car ride, made stops to make us taste traditional foods and beverages, he kept really attentive regarding our likes and dislikes throughout the journey and proposed us to visit extra places regarding our tastes. I felt really welcomed and cared about by all the team. I would highly recommend Vijay India tours for a completely hassle free travel. You just have to be there and enjoy everything you wanted to see or do coming to you exactly as you expected it to be. Thank you again for making me discover India in such good dispositions. Would love to come back and explore more with you. With kind regards, Sonny

Dear Sonny & Ricky, It was a pleasure to have you on tour with us, it is our responsibility to take care of our guests any hour of the day even if it's 4 am in the morning. It was a pity of the hotel you booked online to deny you check-in at the odd hour and I can understand what it would feel after a long journey in a new country and you are denied check-in because you booked it via booking.com, but thankfully I was there personally and we got you another hotel for the night and you did rest well. I and Vijay are always working to enhance the experience of our travelers and help them explore most of India to make their journey a memorable one. We are flexible and willing to adjust to the tastes and needs of our guests as long as it is feasible and easy to handle without any risks. We are happy to know about your incredible time with us and are overwhelmed by your words of appreciation, which help us keep the standards high and evolve as professionals. Regards, Siddharth

My friend an I booked a 10 days trip with Vijay to explore the North of India. An indian yoga teacher recommended Vijay's tours to me. So I sent Vijay a message via Whatsapp to ask if he is available during this period of time. He answered immediately and gave three proposals to choose from. My friend and I decided for Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Jhunjhunu. He told us that there will be a private driver and he as a guide for the whole time with a fixed price per day. During the next days he spent a lot of time to find out what we would like to see and he also asked us if we are interested in staying overnight at a castle. We were so excited to hear this and agreed immediately. As we met him and the driver in a Hotel in Delhi, they both were absolutely friendly and helpful with our luggage. As we entered the car we found a lot of fruits, snacks and drinks for us on our seats. We were totally overwhelmed. At any time we felt very safe in the car with our private driver and we felt well protected and guided by Vijay as our guide in India. He has a big knowledge about India, the history and the architecture. His English is fantastic and every day he surprised us with his positive energy to make our India visit as comfortable as it can be. We had also the chance to meet different indian families to see how they live. All the time we felt very welcome and they cooked delicious meals for us. We were also grateful to stay two nights at Vijay's family house in Jaipur. He has such a nice family. His son made the room for us and Vijay's wife provided us with a great breakfast and delicious dinner. We are so grateful for this amazing trip and we want to thank Vijay and his family as well as the driver to make us feel very welcome in India. We can highly recommend Vijay's tour. Best regards, Katharina and Nadine from Germany

I recently chose Vijay India Tours led by Vijayvikram Singh as my guide for a week's journey to and through the historic cities of Jodphur (the Blue City) and Bikaner. I had sent a list to Vijay ahead of my visit of forts, palaces, gardens, temples, bazaars and other sights to give him an idea of places I hoped to visit. Amazingly, he fit into 1 week every single sight plus multiple other destinations! We had agreed upon a daily charge for his services as a guide and he never exceeded that amount. The daily fee included transportation by train and car, excellent Indian meals toned down a bit for my palate, hotels and guide services. Vijay's son, Siddarth, joined us to share his knowledge of both towns. They speak fluent English and were able to constantly convey to me their great love for these areas. I never felt they were just going through the motions. Their enthusiasm for all the places we visited never waivered. Vijay kept us on schedule and was never late with all the different connections we had to make! They both made sure I had plenty of great photo opportunities. We visited a camel farm with baby camels and Vijay even arranged a camel ride, a first for me! My visit included celebrating the colorful holiday of Holi for which they made special arrangements for me to join people they knew. My week went by too fast, filled with warm, colorful and fuzzy memories, thanks to Vijay India Tours. They have my highest recommendation. I hope you'll give them a try!
