We try to get to this farmers market every time we're in Ithaca. There's a huge assortment of produce, baked goods, plants, crafts, tastings (cheese, wine, honey), food vendors and other interesting things. The setting on the lake is lovely and there are plenty of benches and a walking trail for those who want to spend more time outside. I... More

I live for farmers markets and this is one of the nicest and most charming that I've ever been to. Went here with my teen daughter and we absolutely loved it! I wish we had skipped breakfast and ate here. What a wonderful spot to have breakfast, brunch or lunch. So scenic. They have bathrooms and all the vendors are... More

Perfect way to spend a couple of hours on a sunny weekend. A wonderful array of stalls selling everything from cider apple donuts, breads, salads, Cambodian street food, samosas, cakes and coffee - plus amazing local produce including fruits, meat, eggs, honey, vegetables, chutneys, cheeses, pesto and oils. There are also local crafts, ceramics, jewellery and flowers for sale. Really... More

We went to get some fresh vegetables and bought Christmas presents, household items, scarves and had a delicious meal, or two, or three. Now, it wasn't cheap -- nothing as cheap as similar items in stores, but they were all of the highest quality, and you got to see the craftsman who made the items and cooked the food. That... More

My husband and I love Ithaca! From day one we were hooked, it's our spot! We drive up to Ithaca sometimes just to go to the farmers market! We love this market so much! The atmosphere is incredible... yummy fresh food, music, the water front.. even a little geocaching for Geo fans! It's a must do when visiting Ithaca!!! Bring... More

There were many signs on the road about the Ithaca Farmers Market, which is open on Saturdays from 9-3 (Only from April through December) and on Sunday from 10-3 (Only from May through November). When we headed for it, there was also a wedding. The parking lot was completely full! Wow! We finally found a place and headed for the... More

I loved the lakeside setting, and the entertainment; but we came here to buy fruits and veggies, and there weren't that many of them. Lots of arts and crafts vendors and stalls to pick up lunch though. (Steer clear of the Thai iced tea at the Thai-food vendor. It's basically water; not at all what it tastes like in a... More

Ithaca farmers market was a wonderful surprise. I loved the organic fruit & vegetable stalls of the local farmers. I adored buying homemade cakes and cookies. You can also find here healthy food to take away or sit and eat at a table by the river. I found a nice guy who was made great coffee and enjoyed it all... More

This is a typical farmers market with the standard selection of food, jellys and jams, jewelry, some clothing and crafts. Some fresh produce and meats along with unique homemade items. Nice location on the lake and near downtown.
