The PILATES Room and AntiGravity Studio, located at the tip of the Finger Lakes in Ithaca, NY, is more than just a Pilates studio. We are a fitness center offering the regions’s most innovative group fitness classes in person and online, including: Barre, Rebounding, Body Rolling, TRX, Pilates, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Bungee. In addition we provide private training, bodywork and laser therapy.
