    Perfect!
One of the most picturesque beaches we have been to! It does get quite crowded during the day but as day trippers leave by evening, you can get the beaches all to yourself (and there are quite a few of them if you keep walking forward). We based ourselves next to a cute little beach bar who kept making excellent fresh fruit cocktails for us (150SCR a drink). Once you have a day pass, you can step in and out all day, and we even ventured out to pack some takeaway to eat at the beach. We tried the crystal water kayaking (the lazy version - where they tow you tied to a boat, and it's perfect!) And got a view of the beautiful rock formations from afar the beach (like the drone versions you would see online). It was amazing. Spend the day there, pack everything you can want (food, drink, towels, snorkels, book, etc) and head there. No one will ask you to leave even when it gets dark and we left post sunset in almost pitch dark. It felt magical.

    Unforgettable experience.
Our final days of our Seychelles honeymoon trip were on the island of La Digue. Anse Source d'Argent lives up to it's reputation as one of the most photographed and majestic beaches in the world. The giant granite boulders and turquoise water left us stunned. Don't forget your drone!

    Unquestioned natural beauty
Never become bored with this experience of nature and its unspoiled beauty. Truly exquisite and breathtakingly beautiful. The beach, natural rock formations, alcoves, and interesting botanical features make the experience memorable indeed! It's marvellous to reach the fresh fruit cocktail bar stalls that's unexpected. The underpinning excitement is going through the process of fresh fruit selection, and then enjoying the perfect fruit cocktail while kicking sand at the shoreline. The local staff are amazing with outstanding hospitality on their responses. Awesome indeed!

As stunning as I dreamt it would be
As stunning as it looked on YouTube... Not much more to say other than GO!! Best seen midday to late afternoons for the beautiful colours of the water and the huge fish that swim around you. Any later and the tide is in and it's not quite as pretty Don't expect Robinson Crusoe solitude, there will be lots of tourists...but nicely dotted about. The rocks are incredible.. Perfect

    Beautiful Views
We rode our bikes through the park and then you get to the beach. The walk to the water is a beautiful path with trees and boulders and views of the ocean. One of the prettiest beaches around the world. Snorkeling wasn’t as good as Anse Severe but it wasn’t too bad.

First of all you have to pay (SR 150) to enter the estate where this beach is.
Beach is covered in seaweed. Sea visibility is poor and lots of 'influencers/Instagrammers' doing they fake stuff. Very busy.
Yes, the beach is okay with the big granite boulders but in my opinion, there are better beaches on the island that are free.

The only tourist trap on La Digue. Sure, the beach is nice but it is the only beach you have to pay to get in to and the only crowded beach on the whole island.

It is indeed one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, however not for swimming. What impressed me is that it is still beaming with wild life although it is quite visited. There are a couple of shacks serving smoothies, well blended into the surroundings. Well worth the visit.

We were really excited to see the “best beach in the Seychelles” and we’re so underwhelmed. First being greeted by someone asking for money to get into the gated entrance (instantly felt like a tourist trap). We asked the woman if we can get to just the beach without paying we didn’t want to see any of the other attractions in the estate and her reply was “this is a business” 😅

When we got to the beach it felt the total opposite of luxury. People trying to sell you stuff and lots of seaweed and other mess. Yes there was a palm tree and some boulders (like most beaches here) but really not the best views. We’ve been here for 12 days travelling all the islands and it was actually the worst beach we’ve been too!

Don’t believe the hype, it’s a marketing scam to get you to pay entry. Spend your time at all the other free and far more beautiful beaches!
