Long straight beach with off-shore reef which once you get through the waves has good snorkelling. Nice calm water in the August south east monsoon.

Purity blue & white. Shallow waters, soft sand, no crowds. The only negative is the lack of shade covers or close water stations. Could be dangerous for children.
