Best place in Geneva to just walk around and notice the architecture, old buildings and the downtown boutique shops. Plenty of great places to eat and people watch.

Nice downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Beautiful old architecture to admire on Main Street. Main Street East ends right at the end of Seneca Lake with a wonderful park and paved paths.

Something to do that isn't a winery. Old, quaint town with shops of all types. In the shape of a T, the walk is not far for anyone having trouble.

Beautiful historic district. We attended a wedding at Geneva on the Lake villa, and though it was pouring rain, we saw what beautiful grounds they had and the food and wine was excellent.

The old buildings are very interesting. Worth your time to take some time to walk around and view them. We thought the old Opera House with it's antique ticket booth was a real find.

We got the walking tour map of South Main Street from the Historical Museum in one of the houses. A great way to get to know the history of this section of Geneva and William & Hobart College.
