my husband and I came out to this beach from Brooklyn over the weekend. It wasn't too difficult to come out here. You can buy a beach getaway pass through the LIRR and it was $20 a person R/T for railroad tickets and bus tickets....More

I truly mean that is the best beach in the world. I have traveled extensively and although Hawaii comes quite close, Robert Moses beach is still number 1 in my book. I say this because of our proximity to this magnificent shoreline, the miles of...More

Beautiful beach, easy access to all amenities. Great parking compared to Jersey shore beaches. Will definitely come back again on a weekday.

Robert Moses State Park is a beautiful bayfront and oceanfront park. The public beach has lifeguards and changing facilities. The snack bar has the worst food so being your own. But overall it's the perfect spot to be in on a summer day.

Robert moses is a beautiful beach in Long Island. It's actually very close to the much popular and busier Jones beach, but essentially on the same strip of the island. It is a bit further east and remotely accessible by car. It is less crowded...More

This is a great beach area and justifiably can get busy; a search of the internet will throw references to both topless and full nudity in certain areas. The following is not official guidelines but hopefully a practical guide to social nudity at Robert Moses...More
