Great to find the pub open and loved again. Very friendly and welcoming. Food in the evenings and pub open every weekday evening and lunchtime too on the weekend. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area. I highly recommend the rhubarb cider!

This pub was closed and boarded up for a while - quite shocking as there's nothing else around and this is right on the Pennine Way. The new staff are really trying to make a go of the business and certainly they've got the beer...More

Yes they do but when it runs out there is no 'second' sitting. Pretty good choice though.
