About
Soukup Farms is a third generation family farm, producing and selling pure New York Maple Syrup. Started as a hobby in the early 1950's the operation expanded to 800 taps in the 1990's and today has more than 2,000 taps in two sugarbushes. With a renewed interest in the maple production process the third generation of syrup producers has moved to a new sugarhouse and is actively expanding the business.

Maple Weekend. Cloudy day so hiking was limited. Not crowded which was good for me. No admission fee. Small maple farm with extremely friendly, impressive family and history. They served pancake maple breakfast (small fee) maple candies, plenty of syrup, and more. They have a wood burning evaporator which eats cool to see and learn more about how they produce maple from local sugarbush. We continue to buy their product.

Soukup Farms is a family owned and operated maple syrup farm. The owners were so friendly and gracious. They produce delicious maple syrup, horse hay, pumpkins and delicious candies. We stopped for a hayride and to see their operation

A small family owned farm. They had a pancake breakfast and a short tour of their facilities to make the syrup. You were able to taste all of their syrups and purchase your favorites. A great way to support a small local business.

Last minute we drove to Dover to see Soukup Farms...the owners were so pleasant and took the time to explain their facility. You can tell they have a lot of pride in their product! ...at the end we sampled the different types of syrup they produce. So tasty! Really enjoyed our visit and can't wait to use their products. Will definitely go back in the fall...

This place was astounding! I was covering the farm and the festival for an edition of our docu series, RHN Special Report, and I got a lot more than I expected! There where hayrides, delicious food, a pumpkin patch, a petting zoo with a kangaroo all the way from Australia, and beautiful autumn scenery that only upstate NY can offer. I encourage everyone to venture to this place and see what a great place Soukup farms really is!

My parents have been friends with the Soukups forever. They have made a small little business on their property selling maple syrup and things. They host events for families throughout the year.

My wife and I visited this historic maple farm in the Mid-Hudson Valley. It was fascinating to speak with the young couple that runs the business.
