About
Our market is fully stocked with our delicious grass-fed milk, farmstead cheeses, pasture-raised meats, fresh eggs, and food from local farms. The goal of the Brookby Farm Market is to make locally sourced products available to you and your family. We offer our own pasture meats, as well as, a host of other products that are sourced throughout the Hudson Valley. We source our products from the farms and stores around us because we believe it is important to support the community around us as they have supported us.

The products and people at Brookby are top notch. The raw milk is easier to digest than pasteurized milk. The cheese curds are better than any I've found in stores---more cheddary. They are kind and accommodating. They often have things that aren't on the website, and they will adjust your order if you ask. Items I like most: fresco cheese, cheese curds, apple sauce, peanut butter, and milk. The candy is really good! They stock things like body scrubs and lovely containers too. I often forget things when I order online, then I add them when I get there. Their ability to shift their store in response to Covid was remarkable. I feel safe there.
They and their customers are always wearing masks. At most, one other car is there. If so, they always wait until you finish. Bring a box for easier transfer. I never have, but I think that would be helpful. I have so many boxes right now too.

Found this farm while driving through and so glad I stopped in. They have raw milk, cheeses made from their milk, meats, and other local products. Owners are so kind and friendly. They told me that when they milk the cows if interested in watching and when more calves will be born. I'm going back next week for more milk, cheese, etc. So glad it is only 30 minutes away from me!
