Bristol Mountain is the premier resort located in the Western Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Our 1200' vertical rise allows Bristol Mountain to reign as the highest vertical between the Adirondack/Laurentian Mountains of the east and the Rocky Mountains of the west. There are 138 acres of total skiable terrain. Views from the summit and the 34 slopes and trails are breathtaking and provide a variety of inclines for every skier and snowboarder from beginner to expert with 32% of the slopes being novice, 50% intermediate, and 18% advanced level terrain. During our night operating season, 96% of our trails have lighting. To assure our skiers and snowboarders of the best possible snow conditions, Bristol Mountain is proud of its state-of-the-art snowmaking system which covers 97% of the terrain.

This was a blast! We did the Aerial Adventures ropes courses which is the mountain's off season activity course. There is also zip lining which we hope to do this year. The course is challenging but you're always clipped to a safety line. Training is...More

This is a great ski resort but I love it in the fall when you can take the chairlift up and walk around in the beautiful upstate NY fall colors.

The ski resort is nestled at the southwest area of the Finger Lakes in New York state... not too far from Rochester. Lots of parking, ski lifts were not overcrowded, even though the temperatures were warm. Looks like they have some good snowmaking equipment and...More

I ski at the brigade program this winter, plus some extra days and night. The ski resort is not super large, but they do a great job on the trails. Programs as brigade for all ages are good.

Bucket list item....ride the lift chair to the top of Bristol Mountain. The fall views were spectacular. As an added bonus for the brave and hearty souls who might be interested (me) there is a ZIP LINE park up there. Much fun!

Took the lift up the mountain to see the changing season and it was a nice ride and beautiful scenery. That area is so pretty this time of the year with hills on both sides of the road.

I believe lift ticket/rental can be purchased prior. We never do due to possible poor weather/snow conditions. The prices are very reasonable and the staff will get you fitted with your gear in minutes. Enjoy!

Agree with Bodine242 - There is an excellent arrangement for snowboarders. While the entire area is mixed use, the ski crown avoids the marked snowboard areas. Take a look at the website and trail map. My family loves it... More
