Our Farm & Wildlife Center is home to over 300 farm animals, horses and permanently injured or imprinted wildlife. You're invited to meet the wonderful animals who play a vital role here. Visit us on weekends from 10am - 3pm for free self-guided tours. As a core component of Green Chimneys programming for children with special needs, the main criteria for each animal's presence are that they thrive in the care at Green Chimneys and play a supportive role in educational and animal-assisted therapy programs for children.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and spent a good couple of hours. Went there with young kids and their grandparents, had a great time watching and learning about birds and animals. Kids enjoyed seeing so many birds, cows, pigs, rabbits, goats, horses among other animals. Finished the farm visit with some lemonade. The farm visit being free made the trip... More

We took our grand daughter there for an afternoon. She is only 2 but she loved seeing the animals. Her favorite was the petting barn where she got to feed the goats. AS enjoyable as it was, my wife and I know that Green Chimneys does great things in rehabilitating animals that have been hurt. What is more remarkable is... More

This is a wonderful place to see all different kinds of animals. Wildlife, birds of prey, farm animals, and even camels. It isn't huge so it's a great place to stop over to see fun animals and not take up your whole day if you don't want it to.

A terrific way to spend your weekend. The farm is open Saturday and Sunday and depending on the day different animals are out. little ones love it and parents will have a great time too!

The animals may be the ‘sideline’ of Green Chimneys, but they certainly qualify as a main attraction. Our little ones love the bunnies, fluffy chickens and ducks. And even the teens can’t help but adore the ponies, pigs and emus. Personally I think the birds of prey are magnificent, especially the huge Andean Condor, that hops down to take a... More

This is a great school/rehab center that is a must for you to stop at. They rehabilitate animals from all over and have a verity to see. This is a school for children that need extra assistance and they do a really great job. There are many activities that the children participate in and learning is great. Make sure that... More

Pick an event day for your visit, i.e., Little Folk Days, Birds of Prey Day. The Farm is beautiful, natural and home to many wonderful animals. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always considerate of children (children and parents should also be considerate of the animals).
