We visited Up Yonda farm in October, so the butterfly exhibit was closed - which we fully expected. There were no special programs that day, but we went on two most enjoyable hikes - one was in the woods and it leads to their sensory...More

The property is very nice with a number of things to do and learn. Most fascinating to me was the Butterfly exhibit. There were hundreds of Butterflies flying.

Enjoyed walking the trails in the woods and the overlook of Lake George and the immediate mountains on a warm day. The crews were in full gear preparing for the summer children's educational program ... wonderful for the community and visitors.

Great local environmental center. Has a local museum and in fall a maple sugar house. It also has a few hiking trails that end with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains.

A really great unexpected place. Beautiful trails that weren't too strenuous and at the end an amazing hill-top view of Lake George. It was a welcomed, extremely peaceful break from the beach vacation hubbub
