We got to see this carousel but not able to get on it or inside it. It is closed for restoration. So, I can only rate it on seeing it through a locked gate.

This was a sweet carousel just at the entrance to the Ross Park Zoo. I loved the sign "Admission, One Piece of Litter".

We went to the zoo that was right next to this.....we did not know it was free until we walked up and saw the sign ......FREE! There is a pamphlet about all of the free carousel in the area....great story....you should read it!
