This lake is about 10 miles north of Santa Rosa New Mexico and seems to be a big hit with the locals. In the aired desert terrain it is a welcome site. That said, most of the campsite do not have electricity so it is...More

Wanted a place to be outside, walked trails with our dogs. Saw some jack rabbits. Very clean park, great place to have a picnic over looking the dam and rio grand river. Call ahead to book shelter.

We pulled in around 8:30 in the dark. But no worries! They have an envelope system. It was a nice clean park with good roads, a beautiful lake and awesome views! And a huge dam, and geocaches and..... Just a very nice park.

Rocky Point Campground at Santa Rosa Lake was utterly delightful! Much of it was closed for utility repairs, but there were still several spots open. We tent camped with the RVers so we had a nice concrete shelter and table, lots of cedar trees, electric...More

Really nice place to camp. Arrived just as the sun was setting and left as the sun rose so didn't see much, but had everything we needed and was cheap! But the best part was how quiet it was.

One of the nicest state parks I have stayed in. Very well kept with many amenities to include power and water. Nice restrooms. A very nice setting at $14.00 per night.

Came to the lake in the evening and how beautiful - just peaceful - breeze blowing across the lake - watch the sunset - even saw some deers by the campground.

I never really paid too much attention to the lake. I mean, I saw it there, but I tend to arrive at night and leave early. They have pit toilets and the sites are spaced reasonably. Much cheaper than lodging, especially if you're carrying your...More

Yes. There is camping for RVS & Tents with a shelter at each site, clean bathrooms & showers (Rock Point Campground). I think you can fish, as well.

Hi Karolyn, I'm sorry I do not understand the question. Are you asking if this park has full hookup? Or do we only do full hookup?
