The enchanted forest was a wonderful place for summer mountain biking. We chose the easier trails...not too steep. The more advanced trails were rocky and steep. Would recommend the powderpuff trail for beginners.

When the snow is good here, you can't beat it. The folks who run the area and also the rental shop are very accomodating and the rental equipment, if you need it, is top notch.

Beautiful terrain through trees that take you by stunning vistas. Nicely groomed terrain for classic and skate, although Linda's Leg was not and it was pretty skinny and icy for much of it but with the fresh snow over the last week perhaps that has...More

Extensive and well-groomed trails. Great service and rental options! If you love to xc, this is a unique experience. Lots of uphill work in the mountains, but that makes the downhill runs all the merrier! There is nothing like xc at 10,000+ ft!

My wife and I have been coming to Enchanted Forest for over 20 years. The trails have become wider, better groomed. Parking is easier to get in and out. The outdoor bathrooms are larger and heated now. The retail/rental space is enlarged and boasts a...More

We loved our cross country ski lesson and instructor. Even though we are expert downhill skiing, it didn't translate well to cross country so the lesson first thing in the morning was a real help. Then we spent the rest of the morning and the...More

I loved my day of skiing here. Te family run business is a kickback to simpler times. The road up is dicey but you can call a shuttle though if you don't have a cell on you, you say a prayer and gun it up...More

Nice trails for a couple of days, but smallish for more. Good options for on and off-trails, skate, classic, and backcountry. Great staff. Small base area, seating for 10-12, but easily crowded. No running water, but caraffes of hot water and coffee, and soup in...More

Very easy to find this beautiful place and we love the activities. If you have never gone cross-country skiing give this place a try. It's like hiking on roller skates...really long roller skates with oil-slick wheels! Beautiful trails.

There's a lot of activities to do in this area. You can go for snowmobile, sledging, tubing. Enchanted ski area is also big as well, and they are not expensive as well.
