A fairly decent collection of locally brewed wines, beers and other alcoholic drinks, song with a good collection of cheese. Worth visiting.

This cheese place, together with the Red Panda brewery and Swiss Guesthouse, were all opened by the Swissman who now lives in Bhutan, though our guide mentioned that he has now sold off at least one of the three. They make 3 types of cheese, including Gouda and Emmental.
We had completed the day's touring plans by early afternoon and so when our guide asked if we wanted to visit the Swiss cheese factory, we said yes. A notice stated that:
- Tours of the Milk Processing Enterprise were "2pm to 4pm sharp" and cost USD 5/Nu 270 per person, including cheese tasting;
- The Milk Processing Enterprise could not be seen during cheese processing; and
- An appointment had to be fixed with a contact person.
Despite it being 3pm and us not having any prior appointment, the lady at the counter collected our tour fees; she seemed to be the only person around the place. We wandered around the empty milk processing facility for a while before she joined us to give the tour. It is a very small place and she ran through the briefest of facts in 5 minutes; I wish she could've given more details or maybe told stories about the work. The coolest part was seeing the cheese cellar, though I was a little surprised that we didn't have to wear any hygiene equipment.
Too late, we realised that the "2pm to 4pm sharp" simply meant the period during which the 5-min tour was available and not that the tour would be 2 hours long; I suppose the notice also meant we wouldn't have been able to observe the workers during actual work processes, though I feel that defeats the point of having a tour. Not sure if things might be different in other months (July being low season for tourists), but we left quite disappointed with the experience.

We spent 400 Nu/person on a 5-minute tour through the factory. A woman showed us what equipment was used and where the cheese was stored. There was no cheese tasting either. Pretty disappointed with the experience
