Nice to see. Quite a long way to the waterfall. Along the way we were asked by a little boy if we wanted him to guide us to the waterfall, because it was difficult to find. It had to cost €20. We chose to visit the waterfall independently. This one wasn't hard to find. Just follow the path. The view was beautiful. We did have the idea that the waterfall was constructed 'by itself' and was not created by nature.

Absolutely magical! Bring a swimsuit and water shoes! It’s a bit of a way to find the parking but you’ll get there. Then it’s about a 20 minute uphill hike along a stream to the waterfall and swimming hole. We wish we would have brought our suits! It’s very lovely on a warm summer day and an easy ish drive (probably about an hour on a VERY windy road) from Berat.

Amazes from the beauty mother nature has created 😍
We had a family trip and really enjoyed it..
The road was good , it just needed 20 minutes to arrive by car , you can decide how you want to get there most important is that you will enjoy everything fresh air , fresh water and the beautiful nature that surrounds you 🌄 on the way to the waterfall there was some pools with trout fish
We got there , there was water that came from up the stones and the water fell into a small pool made of stone (it comes from the mountain ) you can swim in if you are not scared from the cold temperature (about 6⁰)
There were a lot of people most of them tourists from other countries .
I would suggest this for hot days with high temperature , for people who are interesed in untouched nature and people who want to swim in cold water .

After visiting the beautiful Berat, the road to the village of Bogove is very calming.
The canyon is accessed at the very entrance to the village although navigation may claim otherwise. If you are coming from the direction of Betar, the blue signpost and the turn to the local macadam road to the waterfall will be on your left. You can park your car anywhere in the village. If you decide to continue on the dusty local road, you will not be able to reach the waterfall but only about 1km from the turn to the local waterworks.
You will have to walk about 2km further. The internship is dusty, safe and you will cross wooden bridges several times, which is safe.
You will easily find the waterfall gods after turning off the asphalt road: whenever you are in doubt, you go left. In the end, you will follow the flow of the river and it will be easy.
The water is icy, a neoprene suit is desirable even in summer.
You can swim and jump if you don't mind such cold water.

Pretty landscape but frankly a small, unpretentious and uninteresting waterfall
Not at all up to our expectations
Paths leading to it with lots of rubble

The only downside: a lot of plastic waste, like almost everywhere. Why? Hardly any signs, but also hard to miss.

We went to the water treatment plant and left the car in an improvised park where some children, in correct English, asked us for 300 lek to park the car there.
After a 20-minute walk under the scorching sun, we reached the waterfall. And every step was worth it: clear, cool water (10 degrees) where it was possible to jump into the water and refresh our souls.
A must-see in Barat.

Beautiful waterfall, clear blue water, the water is very cold, but we didn't mind that. It is about a 15 minute walk up and it is absolutely worth it.
