poor service, for 100 percent choose another tour operator. very poor explanation by tour guide guy, poor english, even if we have been in winery or pepper farm, they just dropt out from the bus. nothing to see, directly can go to the factory shop and buy their ptoducts. What was good, just sao beach, here we had 2,5 hour... More

Did a snorkeling tour and was very disappointed. Firstly, the boat had well over 40 people (!) which raised concerns of safety. Not to mention it was too loud and crazy most of the times. We first stopped for a "fishing" activity in a place with trash floating. Amazing sight. In the end, no one catch anything (wonder why) and... More

We went on a tour to a pearl manufacturer, the islands in the south and finished with a visit at Sao beach in south east of Phu Quoc. The visit to the pearl manufacturer took 1 hour before we departed to the boat headed to the islands where snorkling and fishing would be arranged. The fishing consisted of 20 people... More

Well firstly we wanted two other tours however were told that the national park was not open (don't quite know why). So we chose land tour 1 which was from 9am - 3pm. We were then told we would be picked up at 8.15am. We then got a mini bus into the town where we had to get off the... More

We had a great time with an English speaking guide at the snorkeling and fishing experience. The boat was very good, and the complimentary food served was surprisingly delicious. However the main attraction the coral was hugely disappointing. After swimming in Rarotonga's rich fauna (Cook Island) I could see that the corals here were mostly dead. Very sad sight which... Twe did the lan tour 1 which comprised pretty much everything from pearl production to prison visit. We assume the initinary is the same with every operator. The major issue with our tour was that is badly organised. The group was humongous and we spend the first 1 1/2 h picking people up from different hotels. This included long waits... More

They say you get what you pay for. The snorkeling trip was cheap and cheerful. For a true snorkeling trip we should have booked with a dive centre. But having said that we enjoyed the day and met some lovely people.

When we read the description for the squid fishing tour we were shocked at how low the advertised price was! It sounded way too good to be true. Well, we should have trusted our instincts. It definitely was too good to be true. Even at the low price, this tour was not worth the time spent on it. Basically, the... More

We went on the squid fishing trip and it was terrible ! Do not be fooled by the description of this tour . We were promised a sunset BBQ which did not happen. The tour guide was awful and the food was terrible. Not one piece of BBQ squid was to be seen . Was a complete waste of an... More

We booked the transfer from Phu Quoc to Kep, Cambodia for 16 USD per person. This is cheaper than organizing the trip yourself (ferry is 11 USD and bus from Ha Tien to Kep again 10 USD plus taxis etc. etc.). Other destinations in Cambodia are possible. Our trip went hassle-free and was pretty much perfect. You get an envelope... More
