I just can't get enough of this place and I don't even like cars very much. The farm, the setting, the charm makes for a stunning day. there is a deli where you can eat fantastic food and buy some great wine. I have taken a lot of people there as a gift.

I am no vintage car buff, but I really enjoyed going round this museum. The selection of vehicles was impressive.

After the giant motoring museums of Haynes and Beaulieu in the UK, this lovely museum is a breath of fresh air! With the entrance and a lovely café in one building and the collection housed in 4 more around a beautiful courtyard it is a delight. The collection on view is of about 80 or so cars and although they... More

This was one of those surprising finds, but one you don't easily forget. If you are a petrol head then this is an absolute must go. The cars and area are kept in excellent condition. Don't rush this visit.

My husband was keen to visit the car museum and even I found it interesting! There are some beautiful cars built over a 100 year period, very well presented. The wine tasting and food in the restaurant makes an excellent finish to the museum visit (advise booking table, as it does get booked up)

We have been visiting South Africa now for seven years and until today had never visited the Franschhoek Motor Museum. What a mistake because our visit was amazing and there is no question that we will be back again at a future date. The collection on display is amazing and I understand that it is rotated on a regular basis.... More

We stumbled upon this gem, called serendipity. We had a lovely lunch at extremely reasonable prices. The food was delicious and promptly served. Afterwards we spent a very pleasant afternoon wandering around the four buildings housing a very impressive display of cars. One of the best in the world!

If you love cars this is one of the great motor museums to visit in the world .The collection is beautifully maintained and presented . The restoration returns most of the cars to look as if they have just left the showroom. Have visited a couple of times before , but can't miss it if in the winelands area Can... More

Great cars and memorabilia. Awesome range of Bugatti cars. Note that motorbikes are not allowed as they scare the horses. Need to park at nearby wine farm and a bus will take u to the farm. Not much to do for people who don't like cars or are kids.
