The main reason I am a frequent visitor is location. The place is a short drive for me. If you are lucky you will see a variety of wildlife. Deer,Fox,Turkeys and many songbirds, hawks and Eagles. You can walk along the Delaware River shoreline at low tide. It is difficult to do at high tide. Often people fish from the shore.... More

Palmyra Cove Nature Park is 300 acres of undeveloped land along the Delaware River. Once a dump site it is now managed by the Burlington County Bridge Commission as a nature preserve. Woodland and meadows have taken over and little evidence of its former use are visible. The park is a great place for bird-watching and hiking. The trails are... More

Lived in the area all my life and this was my first visit. Very nice trails filled with wildlife and the river edge is great for a view of Philly... there is also a box on the bridge for falcons nesting that can be viewed on their website. Nice area for finding geocaches too.

I went when it was raining but it stopped then I went for a walk. The coastline is nice for fishing and seeing into Pa. If you have binoculars you can see the buildings.

Animals are everywhere here! I was walking through with a friend and they were so close we could practically touch them. We wouldn't even realize they were nearby and then all of a sudden they would go running. We saw wild turkeys, deer, and beavers to add to the normal squirrel, birds, and bunnies. There were also turtles. The park... More

Have been here many times. A quiet wooded place to take a short hike and see various birds and numerous deer. If you drive through. you will see many deer on the shoulders and on the median who let you get within a few feet. Fishing under the bridge and from the wooden platform is enjoyable.

It was cool I liked going on the hike. It got a little boring but I got to say they had some pretty cool follicles. but my favorite part was catching fish on the beach.

Visited the nature park while staying with friends, its a very nice place, great view of the bridge, and spotted some deer, and interesting birds, the visitor centre was good to, the man who was there was very friendly and helpful. If your in the area you should visit.

Great for birdwatching. Quiet and easy to traverse. They have a naturalist on staff and beautiful visitor center. It's so quiet I wouldn't want to be there by myself.. We only saw two people the whole time. Walking by the river is not recommend. All we saw was washed up trash:(
