We've come for the educational talks and for the guided walks, many times. This place is a somewhat hidden gem. The scenery is amazing, and the volunteers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to spend several hours on a warm day.

Very nice wildlife refuge. Easy walking trails and boardwalks for long walks into nature. I counted at least 7 egrets and lots of tree swallows, but there were also cardinals, swans, ducks, and robins. Funny how peaceful this is with the backdrop of NYC and...More

This hidden gem in the Meadowlands is good for the soul. The Nature center is informative. Staff is always helpful. Visit here everytime I am back in NJ. View of NYC is great. Walking on floating docks through the marshlands is awesome.
