I had the wonderful opportunity to deal with the Murder Mystery Company's professional and pleasant staff. I had heard that the dinner show was amazing and so I had sought out tickets for my school's fundraiser. The people I spoke with were very helpful and accommodating. Whoever wins this amazing prize at my tricky tray will enjoy a great night... More

Boring. Main entree was just OK. Dessert was apparently half baked. Staff was indifferent, arrogant at times. Actors were OK. Managed to pull it. Although there wasn't much scope for them. There wasn't any stage performance. NONE at all.. They pick people from audience to play most of the characters.. And expect audience to interact with the real actors and... More

The whole show was very disorganized. We stood in a long line and waited for a mandatory photo. Then we were seated and moved again 5 minutes later to make room for a larger party. You sit on top of each other. Our order was NEVER taken. I flagged down a waiter to order drinks and they never came, so... More

We went in July when they had the 80s theme and it was a great show!! The area is ok considering it's Jersey City and the restaurant/bar is very nice and has a great bar! Drinks are a little on the expensive side($10 Long Island Ice Tea)! Now when we got there around 30 minutes before the show started and... More

I bought the Living Social deal. I went with my friend. There is no parking except for a lot next door which charges $8.00 The theme was a millionaire masquerade ball. We had to wait in a long line for a mandatory mug shot which we somehow managed to skip by running upstairs to the venue when the when of... More

Having attended countless Murder Mysteries in my lifetime I knew what to expect and I also know it all starts with the actors. They didn't disappoint! The MC who drove the show was outstandingly personable. The mood was jovial, hip and loose from the get-go and the way the evening was set up from the group photo, the way everyone... More

The location is in jersey city, and for the uninitiated is a rough neighborhood. Parking is offered on the side of the restaurant for 8$. The actors definently stayed in character throughout the night. Kaleef was easily the best of the 3. He was also the main investigator. The food was good, the drinks strong and expensive. I used a... I brought my wife and my secretary out for dinner at the Mystery Theater in Jersey City. It turned out to be a wonderfuly fun filled evening meeting new friends and enjoying the fun of trying to solve a complex murder mystery. I highly recommend it for a night out with friends. The seating is about 10 to a table... More

I bought tickets for this through Living Social, thinking it would be a fun date idea for me and my boyfriend, and my friend and her husband ended up joining us as well because they were so excited about the idea. Since it was 80's themed, naturally my friend and I dressed up! The actors were great, the rock show... More
