I love how much history is right around every corner! This was such a cool place to explore, and learn a bit of history I didnt even know about! Everyone was super friendly, and we just wanted to buy everything in there!

A mill we just happened to encounter. Full of history, as well as many antiques. Questions were encouraged and descriptions were made easy to understand. They continue to make Shaker boxes .

We had no idea what a "measuring mill" was but we're glad that we now do. The boxes are handmade in three sytles with various hand paintings and different finishes. The mill has many other items from the past that are unique and well presented....More

I visited Frye almost 15 years ago and it is still fresh in my memory as the best side trip I've ever taken. I am planning another trip to NH this August and Frye Measure Mill is top on my list of "must sees" ....More

The only Shaker Box manufactuering in the country. Fabulous gift shop, and antique barn. A trip down memory lane.
