We stayed at the Valley Inn for a three nights - hotel is room only - room was very comfortable with 2 queen beds and sofa, table, fridge, small sink and a lovely whirlpool bath. We very made to feel very welcome and the staff were exceptionally helpful during our stay. We climbed mount Tecumseh on our first day which... More

I hate to say this but I expected more out of WV. Maybe the problem was that my expectations were too high. Here were my issues, after a week of temps in 20's they did not make snow. We did have a snow storm recently but conditions were not as great as it could have been. I feel like they... More

We skied two days at Waterville Valley earlier this week. The first day was extremely icy (after days of thaw-and-freeze, this was inevitable) and most of the lifts were closed due to wind. I (advanced-beginner) had fun managing the challenge, but my (expert) friend became bored with the same few available trails. The second day had groomed and new-blown snow... More

Conditions were icy but they worked to groom the mountian. Liftt tickets were an excellent value when purchased online prior to coming. We novice and experience skiers and we all had fun and were challenged.

Overall, we had a good visit. The new peak added some good trails. Lifts moved quickly, we didn't feel crowded. My only complaint is that their food and beverage is overpriced compared to other N.H. ski areas.

Fabulous vacation! First time visitors to this resort! Loved every second of it! First day our boys ages 13&14 took snowboard lessons. They loved it and boarded the rest of the day! Second day we went down to the Nordic center and tried out cross country skiing! Fabulous trails and friendliest staff ever! Third day we went back to the... More

My wife and I (both intermediate skiers) skied WV last week. we had an amazing time. Trail selection was great, plenty of advanced terraine as well as beginner areas. Staff was friendly and helpful, trails were well marked, conditions were superb! We'll definately be back!

From the very first phone call with an incredible operator names Theres to my experience with Dawn in the ticket office the entire experience was top shelf. First and last time visiting WV. Waited way too long for the express quad to top of mountain. Most lifts were closed, the new peak was closed. When asked about exchanging ticket for another day to have a better first time experience, staff argued with me and said it would not be beneficial to them to exchange my ticket, then... More
