This is a wonderful respite from touring Portsmouth. The city has done an excellent job of compining flowers around fountains. It is a restful spot to contemplate the day.

We walked this garden at the end of September and there were still quite a few flowers left. Lovely place, near the water. Fun for the whole family!

Faces the harbor area and also has a rectangular garden with lots of flowers and a fountain. Free parking lots in the area and then a short walk (Parrot Street Lot, South Playground Lot, etc)

It's always a treat to walk through the park and be greeted by amazing flower beds designed so very professionally ... not to mention enjoying summer performances. A hidden gem for plant and flower lovers.
