Best to check the website. You will see the schedule when you look for tickets, the train runs mostly on weekends in the fall. Looks like there are 3 options for excursions.

I think shortest is two hours, but do a search for the "Hobo Railroad" and then navigate to the Winnipesaukee RR from there. (same owners)
